Flu season begins in the fall, the beginning of September. Adult flu vaccine will be available for $25, please call us at 308-284-6054 to make an appointment in the fall! Children 6 months to adults of any age should have their annual flu vaccine. Children under 9 that have not had 2 flu shots in one season will need 2 vaccines between September and April/May.

Those who have had 2 flu shots in one flu season will only need one flu shot this fall to be fully immunized. Children who have hit their 10th birthday and above only need one vaccination. 

 Flu vaccine registration form. You may print this out and fill it in before your visit! Instructions: Fill out the name/address section and sign the form and bring with you. 

SDHDC staff will fill out the insurance section and the vaccine section.
